- A large communal living room to eat, socialize, chill or work
- Two shared private gardens in the complex/compound to enjoy outdoors in the summer
- Bike anchors to secure your bike in the private underground parking
- Large balcony with chairs to chill outside in the summer and have a drink/coffee
- Extra storage container downstairs in the garage for luggage and large objects as well.

- No loud parties but adult like dinners 🥂 and socials are very welcome on weekends and bank holidays

🚇 The house is in West Putney, 15 min walk to East Putney (District), 15 min walk to Putney Station (SWR to Waterloo), 5 min walk to the open green spaces of Putney Heath. 10 min by car to Richmond Park. The house is also 5 min walk to multiple bus routes which take you anywhere in London.

A tech professional. Work in tech and has own AI startup. Extra clean and tidy. Very friendly and social. Love sports (gym, padel, yoga, football). I work from home 2-3/days. Wake up early 6 AM club. I also drive so happy to help with anything.
