Hi, sadly I am needing to move out of my flat and I’m looking for a lovely girl to take over my room.

It is a 3 bed flat by the river in Putney (river views!!) in an amazing location, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs on your doorstep.

🏡 The flat has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a separate kitchen and living room, with two separate dining spaces! The whole flat has amazing high ceilings and is absolutely beautifully decorated. There is also a small balcony.

The room itself:
It is a large double, with lots of storage, big window and a beautiful fireplace.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and wardrobe. As well as built in shelving and side tables.

Two amazing flatmates; Issy and Amelia, in their early - mid twenties. Ideally we are looking for someone around the same age.

We are looking for a friendly girl to join them, and someone who is wanting to be friends rather than just flatmates. They love having cosy evenings in together as well as going to the local pub. We are looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and keep a tidy and clean space.

We are ideally looking for someone who works full time in the office / wfh 1/2 days a week

💸 Rent:

£1200 + bills
Deposit is one month’s rent

2nd August

2nd September

Ideally looking for someone to take over the room asap. To move in either at the beginning of August or beginning of September, with the rent starting from the 2nd of the month. I can be flexible with move in date so if it is within this timeframe still do get in touch.
