Lovely double room in 3-bed female flat in Putney

We have a lovely double room available from October 3rd as our friend is moving out with her partner. The flat is located a 3-minute walk away from East Putney tube station, and an 8-minute walk away from Putney train station.

This bright room with beautiful high ceilings includes a double bed, three-door wardrobe, large desk and set of shelves.

This spacious flat has lots of natural light and is particularly lovely in the evenings. We have a beautiful living room, with 2x sofas, a coffee table, a dining table, a TV and 2x book shelves. There is a shared kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine. The bathroom is shared between 3, and has a bath/shower, and storage in the form of shelves, as seen in pictures.

The bills will be split equally and will be somewhere around the £100/month mark. This includes council tax (Wandsworth band E, £35/month), internet, water and gas. The TV license is being paid in quarterly instalments. The electric is on a meter which we usually just top up every few months (probably around £15/month).

We have a driveway which is first come first serve, but is typically available. You can also get a parking permit relatively easily through Wandsworth Council.

In terms of the local amenities, we are a stones throw away from Upper Richmond Road with Putney High Street an 8-minute walk away. We have the Thames just slightly further on from the High Street with Wandsworth Park and Bishop's Park very close. We also have Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park close by. We find it a very safe space to live.

Who you’ll be living with:
We are Chloe and Holly, 25 and 23, both working full-time in the life sciences industry. We're friendly, sociable girls who enjoy going out for food and drinks, sports and walks by the river. We like spending time together, including chilled nights in, but also respect each other's space and appreciate a good balance between socialising and downtime.

Who we’re looking for:
- A female flatmate around the same age who’s looking to be friends as well as flatmates
- A working professional earning £30,000+ who has a UK-based guarantor (required by the landlord)
- Someone clean, tidy, and respectful
- A non-smoker; vaping is considered, but not in shared spaces
