Our flatmate os moving out in September and we are looking for a new person who will be living with us in this great house!
We are here for 1
6 and a half year now and we are loving it.
We are all very social but have our own times too. Like to spend time together cooking, doing small parties and barbecues. We are also tidy and have our cleaning routines in place ;)
We have patio at the back of the house (good for suntanning), one spare room on the ground floor, parking spaces in the front.
The gym is just on the other side of the road, stations are 10/15 min walk from the house!

The rent is £825 for the room and then some bills to pay, usually bills are 100/150 around per month ;)
