💡 Bills contribution: £100 pcm

🔑 Deposit: £800

The £100 monthly bills contribution covers Council Tax, gas/electricity, water and internet, with some extra kept as a buffer for higher-usage months.

A little about us 🌿
We're two friendly, sociable and respectful women looking for someone who would like the flat to feel like a proper home, rather than simply three people renting separate rooms.

We enjoy chatting, spending time together and having a relaxed dinner with friends, while also respecting that everyone needs their own space and privacy. We're clean and tidy and would have a simple rotating weekend cleaning system, so looking after the home is shared fairly between all three of us.
