The flat is a lovely two-bedroom flat, just a 7 minute walk from East Putney (District Line) and around 12 minutes from Putney mainline station, with plenty of buses within a 5 min walk.
It’s a second floor flat which backs onto a communal garden. Although we’re opposite a school, the flat is surprisingly quiet throughout the day, which is particularly ideal for shift workers or anyone who enjoys a peaceful home.
The flat comprises two good sized double bedrooms, a generous living/dining room, a decent sized kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.
The room is furnished with a bed, brown chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The existing white chest of drawers can be bought from the current housemate if required.
There is also a parking permit available to share for the private side road.
Bills are approximately £120 per person per month, including gas/electric, water, WiFi and council tax.

I’m a 33 year old paramedic and work a two day/two night shift pattern, often with four days off in between. I’ve lived here with both shift workers and non shift workers and we’ve always managed to live together easily without the flat being too noisy.
On my days off, I enjoy socialising, going out for meals and drinks both locally and more centrally, doing hot yoga and swimming at some of the many nearby gyms, as well as having a chilled night in with some cooking and TV.
I’m looking for someone who is the right fit for the flat; someone who enjoys having a chat, catching up about our days and occasionally doing something together, but who also appreciates having their own space and downtime.
The room can be available almost immediately, with my current housemate looking to move out once we find the right replacement.
About the area 📍
Putney is an amazing place to live, with pretty much everything you could need on your doorstep.
There are local parks and the river nearby for walks and runs, loads of great restaurants, pubs and bars, and a brilliant quiz night just five minutes away. Richmond Park is also easily accessible, and there are great transport links into central London.
For drivers, there’s also easy access to the main roads for getting in and out of London.
