The flat has recently been repainted and new carpets laid down, and access to local amenities couldnt be easier. Good transport links - 8 minutes walk to Putney Station, Putney Bridge Underground as well as Barnes Station.

THE FLATMATE: We have lived with Miguel for 5 months, and he is cleanly, respectful and easy going. He loves cooking and is laid back as well as amiable.

THE OFFER: we are going travelling for about 3 months, leaving early November and returning late January. Our room will be available for this period. We can leave it furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements. Ideally we would be looking for a couple - maybe a couple who is having some work done on their home and is looking for a convenient and secure short term lease, essentially a home from home. You would share the flat with one other housemate.
