This is a beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom family house will have only two people to share two en-suite double bedrooms. The landlord doest not live there. The bedroom has a small double bed . So you have good space and privacy. High Speed Fiber Wi-Fi Broadband and regular cleaning. Bills are included. I am looking for a tidy, quiet and respectful short term lodger to take the room . Couple considered with a small premier charge.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street in West Putney; 7 minutes walk to Putney high street where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, a library and leisure centre with pool, and just 5 minutes from beautiful Putney riverside. It is a 15 minute walk to Putney Rail station which has regular trains that get you into Vauxhall or Waterloo in 10-15minutes. It is also a 15 minute walk to either East Putney or Putney Bridge stations which has tubes that take you to Wimbledon, Earls Court, High Street Kensington etc. next to the house are the No 22, 265, 485 bus stop.
