The room is perfect for a young professional or student. Roehampton University is just a few minutes walk away.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water rates, council tax and cleaning of the communal area twice per month.

Waterloo Station is only a 20 minute train ride away, and the house is a short walk away from Barnes Station. There are also excellent transport links to Richmond, Fulham, Hammersmith and Clapham Junction.
