Double room in chilled flat close to East Putney

Hi,

We are looking for someone to move into a small double room in our flat located only a 5 min walk away from East Putney.

Current flatties are all easy-going, enjoy a drink or two together, watching sport and travelling. Ideally looking for a tidy flatmate that is into similar interests.

The train station, Putney high street, Wandsworth park and the river are all only a 10 min walk away.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, side drawers and good old Ikea wardrobes.

Rent is 410 and bills come to about 65 a mont1 which includes sky (movies & sport), wifi, phone, power, water, council tax and general house stuff (TP, soap, washing powder etc). So it's super cheap for the location.

Looking for someone to move in weekend of 24th October.
