Bright double room in shared house in Putney

Sadly I have to leave my flat in the end of November so we're looking for a male flatmate in his 30's to replace me.

The flat is 100m from Putney high street but very quiet because of a barrier on the road outside meaning that there is almost no traffic. 5 minutes’ walk to mainline rail at Putney Station and under 10 minutes to Putney Bridge tube stop on the District Line.

The house itself is a large end of terrace house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, a laundry room and a gallery kitchen. The flat also has a good backyard with a bbq and a carport.

The bedroom on offer is a double room on the first floor with high ceilings. It's furnished with a large cupboard, chest of drawers and desk. Two large windows provide great natural light.

The flatmates are all very easy-going and I can't remember there being an argument about anything the whole time I've been here. Everybody has busy schedules although we enjoy hanging out together when possible. The flatmates you'd be living with are 2 girls and another guy from Australia, Japan and England respectively. The reason they're looking for another guy is to keep the flat balance of 2 guys and 2 girls.

The flat would suit someone who is sporty as there is great running with the Thames a couple of hundred metres away as well as a gym within 100m. The pool at the Putney Leisure Centre is within striking distance as well. Flatmates are all quite active, whether running marathons, playing netball or at the gym. Richmond Park is also only 4km away.

Although there is a cleaner each week for the common areas of the flat, the flatmates are all quite clean and everyone is pretty good about doing their dishes (there's a dishwasher so not too hard) and generally keeping the flat quite tidy. You should be too.
The main bills are sky (incl phone and internet), power, gas, council tax, cleaner and I estimate that they probably come to about £120 a month so around £750 all in. There is a deposit of £870 and the flat is currently on a rolling lease as we've rented for so long.
