Double Room in beautiful apartment East Putney

Myself and my partner (Adriana) are looking for a new housemate to share our beautiful apartment in East Putney. Our current housemate is off back to Milan so we have a room available from the 25th January..

The apartment is on a quiet residential area approx 7 min walk from East Putney and Southfields tube stations and 12 mins from Putney mainline station with good links to the city centre and Clapham Junction. You can also get a bus to Clapham Junction which takes about 10 mins. There's plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants in the area as well as parks and things to do.

The room is a medium double size and is furnished. The apartment itself is beautiful with a large living room, nice kitchen and bathroom with shower and comes fully furnished. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and broadband etc. with bills inc. There's also a communal garden that anyone can use and parking outside if you get a permit. There's also an huge attic which is great for storing things.

We are looking to live with someone who is friendly, tidy and considerate, easy to get on with and with similar interests. We will consider someone who wants the room Monday to Friday for £600pcm or the normal 7 days a week for £800pcm inc bills. During the week we both work 9-6pm most days and regularly work late (I'm a graphic designer and Adriana is a nanny). We do enjoy a night out or going to festivals or gigs at the weekends but we aren't massive party animals. We are just as happy chilling out at home watching a movie or binging on a TV series. We also go to the local virgin active most mornings before work so take it easy during week nights.
