Room In Fantastic House In Putney For Male

We have a small double room available to rent in a very modern 4 bedroom house in Putney from October.

The room is on the 2nd floor and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is available from the beginning of October.

The house itself comes with incredible features. Everyone has their own bathroom, as the house has 4 in total, all with an amazing power shower. The living room is massive with 3 sofas, including one sofa bed in case we have visitors. The kitchen has a dining table and comes with all the mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a brand new fridge/freezer. We also have a lovely tiled garden for those summer BBQ's. The house has its own drive, which we currently rent out on a daily basis - this helps us pay for little extras, like the fortnightly cleaner. There is also a garage with plenty of storage space (for bikes etc).

The house is in a nice cul-de-sac off Lytton Grove and is no more than 10 minutes walk from either Putney railway station or East Putney tube station. Putney is a great area and has all the shops you need and has a vast amount of excellent restaurants and bars/pubs.

At present we are 2 girls and 2 boys and would like to keep it that way to balance it out. Due to the fact that the housemate is moving in with their other half, we are currently interested in males to apply.

Ideally we are looking for a professional between the age of 27 and 35, who is tidy and has a friendly personality.

The rent is £641 a month and the bills come to around £50 (including gas, electricity, council tax and internet). The water bill is extra on a quarterly basis. The deposit is £950.

We have a private landlord, so no agency fees are necessary. However, he may ask you to provide job and previous tenancy references.
