Large double room in Putney

Hi,

Sadly my flatmate is moving to Norway so I'm looking for someone to share this great flat with.

The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, a fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. It's quite warm throughout the year and bright.

The flat is at the top floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room and the kitchen which includes washing machine/drier and dishwasher. It's about 10-15 mins away from the stations (East Putney/Putney) and the shops on the high street. Very safe and quiet location.

You will be sharing the flat with a Greek professional who is easy-going, respectful and considerate, who enjoys going out as much as he enjoys working late at night. Looking for someone similar, with whom I can share a few drinks or have a decent conversation from time to time.

Includes access to a garage with space for bikes/motorcycles.
Bills excluded but should be around £75 pcm.
