We are looking for some one laid back, who will happily chill out of the sofa in the evening and enjoy a takeaway.

The room is £570 plus bills
Sky+ is included in the rent.

Move in 16th November but earlier if needed.

Bills include:

Electricity / Gas £40/60 per quarter dependent on time of year
Water £10 per month
Council Tax approx £10 per month
Phone & Broadband - 8. 99 per month
Cleaner £5 per wk

We have had a new tv and new sofas since photos were taken and whole flat got repainted in March 2014.

Deposit is one months rent and the remainder of the November months rent.

Fob entry to building & parking available after 6pm or by permit.

Flat has a balcony off the living room which you can see river from it you hang off it!!
