Victorian riverside property - Putney

Hi,

We're Joe and Adam and we're looking for a new flatmate.

Our current housemate is moving abroad for work in the new year and we're looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to fill his room.

The flat is on the second floor in a fantastic Victorian building next to the river in Putney ...

Your room has a huge double bed, a fitted wardrobe and is ideally located for transport into Central London:

* 5 minutes walk to Putney Bridge (Zone 2)
* 5 minutes walk to Putney station (national rail services to Clapham Junction and Waterloo)
* About 20 seconds walk to Putney Pier for riverboat services into the city (seriously, it's that close to the river)

We've lived in the flat for a year already and we love it. Putney itself is incredibly friendly, safe and is full of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and everything in between. It's ideal for a quiet coffee on a Saturday afternoon, or a few drinks on a weekend.

We're both young professionals from the North East, aged 23, and have lived in London for a year already. Adam works in banking and Joe does PR for a tech startup. We're both laid back, down to earth and up for a laugh. For us, weekdays usually mean evenings spent in front of the TV, and occasionally might include a few drinks after work. Weekends are either spent watching films on the sofa, cooking, going for a drink and generally having a fairly chilled out time.

We're looking for someone who'll be a friend, not just a flatmate. If you've got a good sense of humour, you're sociable and you're generally easy to get along with, then we want you to get in touch. We're looking to live with a young professional aged 22 to 27 (no students please, you'll only make us feel old) and we're open to hearing from guys or girls.
