Large double room for rent near Roehampton / Putne

I am moving out of London at the end of may.
We have for rent a large double room in a house, with garden.
The house has a living room, kitchen, one bathroom and the room has a bed and table you can use if wanted or you can bring your own things.

Very kind and respectable couple who I have become really good friends with! They have a really nice small hypo-allergenic dog who is quiet and nice company!

They work shifts and are home or out and about on their days off, they are really nice and the house feels like home.

we are close to transportation into central London and south, Barnes station is close as well for commuting out of London.

The rent is £470 a month and with bills come to £510 a month total.

looking for somebody who loves animals, is caring, thoughtful and is looking for a home!

Ref prefered also student or professional considered.
