Double room in lovely Putney flat near river

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely two bedroom flat in Putney. The flat's a modern, ground floor flat with its own patio garden, as well as access to a pretty communal garden. It's very close to the river and the shops and restaurants of Lower Richmond Road. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Putney High Street and 10 minutes to walk to Putney Bridge tube. There's also a bus stop less than a minute away.

Ideally the room needs to be filled by 10/08/14, but my flatmate who's moving out can be a bit flexible with the date if it would help. You would be sharing the flat with one other girl in her thirties. If you'd like to come and have a look at the room, please just drop me an email.
