Available from the end of August, this double room is in a house-share with two great housemates. Both Rob and Carolyn work in town, with Waterloo 20 minutes away by train.

House has a brand new kitchen and second shower room as well as existing bathroom upstairs and large shared living room. Bills are shared between the three housemates - these usually come to about £70 each. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, TV license and sky. There is free parking available through the back of the back garden and a separate storage lock up where bikes (and other things) are currently stored.

Located on Upper Richmond Road between Barnes and Putney stations we are ideally placed close to the greenery of Barnes Common and Richmond Park and only ten minutes walk from Putney high street.

The room is available from the 28th of August.
