All four double rooms available in our large 4-bed flat in Kenilworth Courts, Putney, as we are all moving on.
If you don't know Kenilworth Courts, it's the massive (and lovely) Edwardian mansion blocks overlooking Putney Bridge. Our flat is on the first floor. There's a nice gated communal garden and parking spaces available, as well as a porter service (for signing for your Amazon packages, and such..).
The flat is big, homely, and perfect for a group of 4 friends looking to live together. We are all very sad to be leaving after being here several years.
Landlord prefers over 25 and used to living with other people.
It's a great flat and the location is brilliant. Right on the river. 10 mins walk to Putney station or 5 min over to Putney Bridge tube and there's all sorts of great pubs and restaurants within a few minutes of the flat.
Monthly rent is approx. £750 and the bills come to £70ish each month. 12 months contract Sept 12th 2016 - Sep 11th 2017.
