I moving out, so my room is available to rent. The room is a large double en suite (with separate shower and bath). Alternatively, there is a cheaper non ensuite room available (£168pw) as the existing tenants are willing to shuffle rooms around.

The house has 5 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan downstairs with a separate kitchen and two living rooms, as well as a garden. The house is furnished to a high standard and has a large TV.

The 4 other tenants are all second year guys (soon to be third year) at Imperial (2 Biochemists, 1 Physicist and 1 Chem Eng). It is a sociable household, with frequent film nights and FIFA sessions. However considering the intensive nature of the courses, it is also a hardworking environment when need be.

A new tenant would ideally be a male student.

Rent can start any time from the 1st of July through to the start of September.
