I am looking for a professional person to rent a room in my 2 bedroom house in Putney. It is a bright, newly decorated room and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers. It is light and airy and overlooks a small peaceful garden.

It is a clean, friendly house on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking. There is a shared bathroom and downstairs an open plan kitchen/ sitting room. It is a 10 min walk from Putney overground and around a 15 minute walk from East Putney underground. Putney High St is a 10 min walk and the river a couple of minutes on from this. There are a couple of gyms 10 minutes away and Putney Heath a 5 minute walk from the house.

I am a professional working full time and have a cleaner who comes every other week. The room is available from 1st August.

Bills and council tax not included in the rent, but wifi is.
