All bills are included including bi monthly cleaning and super fast fiber optic broadband. We also have a separate clothes dryer so no need to dry your clothes on a hanging rack!

The room would suit an independent full time professional female looking for a quiet clean environment to live in. I am looking for a female who works full time in an office or has to go to work during the week.

I am a live in land lady and work from home.

Area Guide

The River Thames, pubs, shops, restaurants and Gym/pool are all within 5 minutes walk. There is great commuter service with a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, 22 bus to Fulham, Knightsbridge and Piccadilly and 209/485/265 to Wandsworth Barnes and Roehampton. Both the Putney Bridge Tube (Zone 2) and Putney/Barnes overground stations are a 12 minute walk; both with fast connections to the West End and the City. The Thames Clipper station (water bus) with boats to the city and East London is also only a 5 minute walk away.
