The room is on the first floor with a view into garden. Very sunny and clean. The room is full furnished with double size wardrobe, double size bed, comfortable armchair and table with chair.

The house has a huge and kept garden with terrace, garden table chairs and sunbed. This nice sunny garden may be used for eating, relaxation etc..
The house is set in quite and safe area up on a hill with an open view.
Just 10 min. walk to Roehampton South Thames College, 12 min. walk to Roehampton University. The nearest bus stop is only 1 min walk, number 430 from Roehampton to Kensington, other buses 337, 439, 85,170, are just a few minutes away in a walking distance as Burnes railway station.
The house has double glassing windows, kitchen with lots of storage space and eqipment, bathroom with toilet.

There are free parking in front of the house.

I am looking for a nice, polite and tidy person. Who respect others and will keep the room and house tidy and in a good condition.
