I am looking for a lodger for my 3 double bedroom/newly redecorated flat, in a great location off Putney Hill..(Band C Council Tax).
Rent is £800 incl. bills (although to avoid unlimited liability on my energy bills, you will be responsible for paying any excess energy costs over £100pm.
The flat is ground floor & includes a kitchen with all mod cons; spacious lounge/diner, three double bedrooms ( one of which will remain my guest bedroom), and a separate bathroom & toilet.
You can also sit out on the patio & communal grounds via the lounge patio doors
Your double bedroom has a double bed with storage space underneath, a small bookshelf, wardrobe with drawers, a separate chest of drawers; a smaller drawer unit if wanted, and space for a desk if you need one (you to provide). Your bedroom is at the far end of the flat to give you more privacy.
Off-street parking is available.. The flat is only a few minutes walk from main bus routes; 8-10 mins walk from Putney Train Station and all Putney's shops, bars & restaurants, and 15min walk to East Putney Tube. Its even only 25mins or so walk to Richmond Park.
As I live in, and the flat is fully furnished, I think it may appeal to someone with very little ‘stuff’. I am pretty easy going. My biggest ask is that the flat is kept clean and tidy. Please note that I am around during the day.
The room is available just before Xmas. My current lodger is moving to spend more time with his girlfriend
