The available bedroom has a double bed and a very big wardrobe.

I would consider Monday-to-Friday professionals or contract workers for a minimum of 6 months. The rent would be adjusted down pro rata.

The flat is located walking distance to Putney overground and East Putney tube stations. It's opposite the Putney Heath and close to Wimbledon and Putney Commons as well as Richmond Park. A total joy for anyone enjoying walking, running or cycling.

Lots of buses right on the doorstep going in various directions: to Putney High Street, Fulham, Wimbledon, Clapham, Victoria, etc.
