Spacious Room in Sociable Flat

REDUCED TO £700pm Myself and Hamish are a sociable flat and enjoy spending time in the living room, but also very happy to have own space!! We are looking for someone similar who is easy to get on with and relatively tidy in communal areas. We have space for bike storage in a cupboard downstairs as well!

The room is a good sized double with a shared bathroom (between 2 people) I have been living in the flat for the past 3 years, so it is fully furnished - The room has a wardrobe with shelves, but you may need a chest of drawers (I could get one if desperate!)!

It is in a perfect location - Putney Bridge station is less than a 5 minute walk away and we are basically in-between Fulham and Putney.

We are a social house and know a few people in the area, so we do like to have the occasional drink in the evenings, however equally happy to have our own space as well!
