Bright, modern double room in SW6

Hello,
We have a lovely double bedroom available to rent in our large flat near Putney Bridge. We are a professional couple working full-time and looking for a single professional to share with us. We are also open to considering a week-day only arrangement, and can discuss rent if this is of interest.

The room is bright and comfortable and furnished with a double bed (with storage drawers underneath), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It is possible to fit a small folding table and chair if you need to work from home on occasion, but the room wouldn't be suitable for someone who works from home full time (COVID really made this apparent to us!). The rest of the flat is spacious and light – and you would have access to the large main bathroom directly across the hall (this would be primarily for you, as we have an ensuite), and a very large and bright kitchen / living space with dual aspect floor to ceiling windows. The flat is very modern (built new in 2018) with a mix of hardwood and carpeted floors, and has triple glazed windows - so is surprisingly quiet given its location. It is fitted with high quality Smeg appliances (incl. washer/dryer and dishwasher). We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, and we have high-speed fibre optic broadband.

The building itself is quiet, and part of a private gated development with a concierge and secure cycle storage. It is less than a 5-minute walk to Putney Bridge station, so perfect if you need to hop on the tube into the city. Meanwhile both Parsons Green and Putney High Street are just 10 minutes away on foot. There are also several bus stops nearby with routes in lots of directions. We are also lucky to have Bishops Park right on our doorstep!

My husband and I live in the flat, but our work sees us spending time out of London most weeks – so you can expect the flat to be very peaceful a lot of the time. We are looking for a professional who is friendly, tidy and respectful and in need of a place to live!
