Lovely room in shared flat in Putney Bridge

Looking for someone asap until the 18th of October.

The room is oriented south, it's super bright, with sun coming in during the day. It's furnished, with the bed, desk, chair, lamp, a wardrobe, and a shelf.

The flat is 5mn away from Putney Bridge station and 5-10mn away from 4 different shops (tesco, coop, Waitrose). You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person (the 3rd flatmate has its own bathroom).
The kitchen is quite modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine which also does dryer.

With bills, council tax, and internet, the monthly rent is about 1,000.

The flat is super homy, we all get along well and we're comfortable with each other. We chat here and there and the goal is really to feel like home, but we're also all quite busy with life and we respect each other's space. Em is doing consulting and Paulius is doing a PhD in electrical engineering.

The moving date is flexible between the 30th of March until 18th of April. The contract runs until 18th of October and can then be renewed.
