I have 1 large double room available in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Putney Bridge, South West London.

You would be sharing a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with me. The flat is on the first floor of a small modern block and it has a super shared garden surrounded by trees. There is outdoor seating as well as bike racks.

It is well served by Putney Bridge station as well as being on multiple bus routes. The room has a kingsized double bed, a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, another double wardrobe, a Victorian storage cabinet and several chairs. There is ample room if you wish to add items of your own furniture such as a desk!

There are many lovely churches nearby and it is a few minutes walk to Putney Bridge and Fulham Palace Gardens. Another favourite of mine is Virgin Active Gym - although there are many other options nearby too! Fulham and Putney have lots of lovely shops and cafes and also many riverside restaurants and pubs.

I am a musician and when I am not gigging predominantly work from home so the living room is my work space during the day and whilst I record music / rehearse which can be at different times but when I am not working it is available to use :)

Rent is £950 inclusive of bills and the internet and is available from the 4th Oct.
