At the end of January, I’ll be leaving this lovely room located on the top floor (mezzanine) of a beautiful house, just a 3–4 minute walk from Putney Bridge Station.

The room comes fully furnished, featuring a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. Heating is on during set hours throughout the day, and the room is always warm and cosy.

The bathroom is shared with only one other person, a very clean and respectful girl.

✨ All bills are included in the rent, as well as weekly cleaning of the common areas, which makes living here very easy and stress-free.

The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor and are fully equipped with everything you need. From the living room, you also have access to a lovely outdoor area, perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

The house has reliable, fast Wi-Fi, which has always worked perfectly, and there is a washing machine in the basement.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-connected, and welcoming home, ideal for someone looking for a great place to live between Putney and Fulham.
