💸 Cost is £1188.50 (plus extra £123 covering all bills throughout the year which is great as we don’t hold back on the heating!) - landlord says the contract can renew for a further 12 months in April with a 3% increase. You will need a UK Guarantor

🚆4 min walk to Putney Bridge, 8 min walk to Parsons Green. We’re just off New Kings Road so super close to all the main pubs/shops on the green

🌸 The house is split across three levels, including 2 bathrooms, a separate laundry room (with a dryer!), big living and kitchen and garden space so it’s a great hosting space.

👯‍♀️You’d be living with 3 girls (28-30) working in tv, events and teaching - we’ve all lived here for multiple years and have loved making it as cosy and homely as possible. We all love our exercise and having daily debriefs in the kitchen, watching tele together and the occasional day/night out or takeaway, but also have our own social lives too. We’d love someone who slots into this!

Our landlord is super responsive to any issues.
