Double room with living room in quiet, leafy area

This is a lovely, newly redecorated and recarpeted, nicely furnished medium-sized double room set in a quiet, leafy estate with Putney Heath at the end of the road (3-4 minutes walk). The room is in two bedroom flat sharing with only one other person. The area is perfect for anyone who wants to live in a greener space, away from traffic noise but still be on the Zone 2/Zone 3 border with Putney High Street and rail/tube links a 5 minute bus ride away (or 20 minute walk). Shops on the estate are 1-2 minutes walk away. Ideal for runners, walkers, nature lovers etc. The flat overlooks lawns and lots of trees and is quiet and peaceful. (FYI The Ashburton estate which runs alongside Putney Heath (which directly adjoins the expansive Wimbledon Common) is now approximately 50% leaseholder, 50% council tenant).

Potential tenant has the bonus of both the room and almost entire sole use of the living room next to it (I very rarely use it). Bedroom is furnished with a king sized suede sleigh bed (with memory foam mattress), large built-in wardrobe including extra shelving above, desk/dressing table and chair, bed side table and lamp, chest of drawers and 6 bookshelves.
All bills are included plus a cleaner fortnightly. I have high speed broadband and subscriptions to both Prime video and Netflix for use.

I am looking for a quiet, considerate and independent flatmate. I am a fairly social and active person and am out socially or doing stuff 2-3 times a week. I work as a healthcare lab scientist in central London every day and work reasonably long hours. I also go away for weekends; travelling or visiting friends, quite frequently. Ideally, I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle; goes out some evenings and at weekends and goes away from time to time for long weekends and for holidays. I would rather not have a tenant working from home but a maximum of 2 days a week would be considered. My flat is very much my sanctuary and I tend to keep myself to myself when at home. Although I like my own space it would be great to have someone to share a glass of wine and a chat with from time to time.
