The flat : 3 bedrooms flat, very sunny, comfortable, clean, tidy, close to town as well as nature with a nice Home feel :)
Large sitting room, bright and comfy.
Nice size kitchen with all necessary appliances (no dishwasher).
Bathroom with a bathtub to have a nice relaxing bath on a rainy day :)

This house is ideal if like me you like the combination city- nature as It is very close from all the shop with an easy and quick access to central London. And it is also very close to Putney heath that leads into Wimbledon common and Richmond park, so it is perfect if you like to go for a run after work or a walk

It is situated in a very nice area of Putney (by the Green Man), very close from all commodities. It's only 5 min to Clapham junction and 15 min to Waterloo by train. We have also 2 tube stations and tones of 24 hour buses (14, 85, 430, 37, 337)
It is also only 15mn bus from Roehampton University.

You will be living with 2 professionals women (French and Irish)

This is a quiet, clean household ideal for a serene, peaceful lifestyle.

We are looking for a flatmate that is mindful and respectful of others,
Able to keep their room and the common areas clean and tidy. Someone able to communicate positively and healthily with others.

Someone active, mindful of nature and the environment, that like culture and arts.

NO to smokers, party animals, night owls or lazy stay at home in bed all day type!

Important:

We are looking for someone that preferbly works outside of home with a regular weekdays schedule.

We would consider One day working from home for the right person ;)
