Hey Peeps.. Thanks for checking this out.

Im Jay, one of the tenants in this 5 bed terraced house and we have large double available.

No pics right now on the room as its having a refresh, paint, new bed.. but it has built in wardrobes with loads of space. its essentially 3 large wardrobes together :P
windows right along the length of the room making it a bright space.. with heavy curtains for when you want it darker.

Its on the middle floor with a bathroom on the top floor and on the ground level theres an open plan kitchen & lounge which leads onto the back garden area where we have nature, squirrels, parakeets.. foxes of course!

All Bills inc as well as a cleaner once every 2 weeks.

As for the area, its pretty quiet mostly.
We are lucky enough to have free parking outside the house, the bus station is less than 2 mins walk away, and the heath is less than a minute away which is great for walks, runs etc.
In the heath there's a great pub, and also the green man by the bus station.

As for me im a personal trainer, massage therapist & and also a music producer. I've a dj background & small studio at home so music in the house is inevitable.. however, just to clarify, it's not a party house! :P

The other housemates are chilled n friendly also and looking for more of that if you are to join us
