I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my homely flat near Putney Heath as sadly my flatmate is moving to Barcelona! This flat is home to me so I am looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy to share the space with. l a physiotherapist so I am looking for another professional to live with.
The bedroom will be part-furnished (has a chest of drawers and bed only so feel free to bring an extra rail if required) . There is a large living/dining room which has a piano and TV. The kitchen and bathroom are practical and clean with plenty of storage. There is also a communal garden which has clothes lines.
The flat is a 15 minute walk from Putney Station and 20 minutes from Putney Heath. There are bus stops nearby with services towards Putney, Kingston and Wimbledon.
Bills (tax, utility and broadband) come to approximately £150 per month and the council tax is Band C.
The landlady is lovely and very helpful so no difficult agencies to deal with!
