5 week sublet for £850

I’m subletting my room out for 5 weeks from the 25th July - 1st September (can be flexible outside of these dates if needed). 5 bed house with 4 other lovely, respectful and sociable houses mates! 2 guys and 2 girls aged 26-32. Price is £850 for the 5 weeks
The Property is located 15 minutes away from both Putney train station and East Putney tube station. It’s a 15 minute walk into town and we have a local pub that’s less than 5 minutes away by foot (great beer garden we like to exploit in the summer)!

The room is on the top floor. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet and shower! Shared sitting room and kitchen! We have a decent sized back garden and enjoy hosting barbecues in the summer!
