The flat is currently for sale, so we’re looking for someone open to a short-term let. If the flat doesn’t sell, there may be the option to extend. We understand the uncertainty this can bring — rest assured, viewings have been infrequent and always arranged with plenty of notice. Should the flat sell, you’ll get a minimum of 2 months’ notice — and if you wish to leave the flat, we ask for 1 month’s notice in return.
