Single Bedroom in a Houseshare by Putney Heath

Hi there! We are a couple (32 and 28yo) renting out a single room/ small double in our cozy house in Putney. We're on top of a hill and the view from the room distantly overlooks the city. In terms of transport Barnes station is a 15 minute walk and Putney station is about 15 minutes by bus.

We only have one bathroom, which is the biggest draw back to the place but with a bit of communication it shouldn't be a problem between three of us. The other minor drawbacks just come from it being a relatively old house so there are some squeaky floors and clicky pipes.

More on the plus side; we have a garden and live in a beautiful area surrounded by nature with Putney Heath and Richmond park near by. We're also open to the idea of having well-behaved pets however, this may slightly change the asking price for the room.

We like to wind down in the evenings, sometimes we can cook together, hang out and watch a film but we also like our space too. We're looking for a balanced, respectful housemate who cleans up after themself :)
