The room’ has incredible natural light.
The room is situated on the 4th floor of a duplex flat which overlooks the private garden (wall of green in summer from the trees!).
The room was recently repainted. The video (attached) shows both the room and the flat.
The current* configuration of the room:
Double bed, table light, bedside table, shelves, one large cupboard, one smaller cupboard and a third very large cupboard (but this one has no railings or shelves in it).
*I can remove or add furniture depending on requests. Please ask for more details. There is no extra cost for this. (The room would also have desk, desk light and desk chair, but the current tenant brought his own with him).
Provided within the rent:
A cleaner comes fortnightly to clean communal spaces and to hoover the floor of your room.

The flat:
The flat has one shared bathroom/toilet
There is a large living room with lots of natural light
The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances (gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, kettle, and all the utensils for cooking.)
Of the other two rooms in the flat, one is rented to a female yoga teacher and the other is unused.
The building:
The flat is situated on a private non-gated estate with a large residents’ only garden. The building and garden are well-kept.
There is a bicycle cage within the grounds of the estate
It is a nice room in a nice flat in a nice building.
The neighbours are friendly and there is sense of community among them. We often help and keep an eye out for each other will small gestures.
Location:
A stone’s throw away from the Green Man pub, the area is very quiet.
There are Excellent bus links, as the Green Man pub stop is a Bus hub with multiple buses routes stating and finishing there. This bus stop is 200m away.
East Putney tube is 12-15mins walk away. The walk can be achieved either through walking down the main road (12mins) or through leafy backstreets (15mins)
Putney train station is 12mins walk away.
