Flat mate wanted in lovely 2 bed in green Putney!

My flat mate is moving out and I would really love to stay in this spacious 2 bed. The flat has equal size double bedrooms, large shared living space and off street parking. It is fully furnished throughout the property. I work in health care so ideally someone who can be respectful of the fact that I sometimes have to sleep during the day (although not often). But I am keen for someone who is sociable, friendly and outgoing. Landlord wants to know asap so they can do the background checks despite move in date not until July FYI!
