Spacious, light and furnished room available in Putney SW15 in a four bed female flat. After almost four years of happily living here I am now moving to another country.

Housemates are all female, and sociable however it is not a ‘party house’. You’d be living with 3 multi-national babes who are fun, friendly, independent and partial to a glass of wine! We all have very different schedules so despite the flat being what most would consider small, it’s rarely full.

The best bit, every drivers dream - there is FREE PARKING (yes you read right) outside the flat. No permit required.

Other best bits include:
- Two showers and toilets between four people plus a bath 🛀
- Room has plenty of storage (built in wardrobe 😘🤌🏽)
- Washing machine and dishwasher household 🧼
- We share kitchenwares so no need to bring your own unless you really want to 🍳
- Quiet part of London, really close to Putney Heath and Richmond Park which will be lush as we go into summer 🌞

The worst bit - this room costs money. Unfortunately like most rooms out there, you must sacrifice your hard earned English pounds to live here. Grim. It is on the cheaper end of London living though at a cooooool £780 per month INCLUDING bills (and household items such as loo roll/cleaning products). We have a communal account so you get reimbursed for anything you buy for the house (within reason).

The lease ends at the end of August with the option to renew for another year come September - so you could think of it as a two month trial period before committing to a 12 month contract.
