I am moving out of my current flat to move in with my girlfriend in Wandsworth and I'm looking for someone to take my room in this beautiful flat in Putney.
It is a lovely 1930's art deco flat with Tennis courts and squash courts on site. It is situated in the leafy Putney Heath area, which is nice and quiet - a perfect place to unwind after a busy day!
It has a large living/dining area with a working fire place. The bedroom is a good size, it does come furnished but you may want to buy your own chest of drawers as mine are falling apart!
About your flatmate - his name is Jacob, an aussie who has just moved to London and works from home. He is a laid back, clean and sociable flat mate, he would like to meet you before you decide to move in so please get in touch for a viewing.
