I am moving out of my current flat to live in Newcastle for a new job and I'm looking for someone to take my room in this beautiful flat in Putney.
It is a lovely 1930's art deco flat with Tennis courts and squash courts on site. It is situated in the leafy Putney Heath area, which is nice and quiet - a perfect place to unwind after a busy day!
It has a large living/dining area with a working fire place. The bedroom is a good size, it does come furnished but you may want to buy your own chest of drawers as mine are falling apart! It may be a tight squeeze for a desk if you do work from home.
About your flatmate - his name is Jacob, an aussie who has just moved to London and works from home in HR for a tech company. He is a laid back, clean and sociable flat mate, he would like to meet you before you decide to move in so please get in touch for a viewing. He loves reading, playing netball, going out with mates, watching tv and travelling.
Bills add up to around £120-£150 per month.
