Houseshare with female professional, pet friendly!

Hello,

I'm Olivia and I'm looking for someone to rent the second double bedroom in this lovely house in Putney Heath with me. It has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge living/dining space, fully fitted kitchen, and both a front and backyard.

The move in date is the 17th of Feb. The location is fab as it's got a bus stop 30 seconds away from the front door that takes you directly to East Putney station and Upper Richmond road. The house is right next to Putney Heath, great if you like walking, and has nice pubs, coffee shops, food places within five mins walking distance.

About me~

I'm 26 years old, I'm an interior designer and I'm starting a new position in Putney on February the 22nd.

I'll be working in the office every day, but will enjoy downtime in the evenings and weekends~ I like going for walks, going to the pub, film nights, going out for food & drinks, cooking, exercise and reading. I'm social, kind and considerate, and I appreciate my own space sometimes but equally would love to live with someone who can be a friend I can have a good natter with.

The place is pet friendly, so animal owners are welcome! I have a cavapoo called Wilbur, he's five years old and the biggest sweetheart, and he loves other dogs. He may not be with me fulltime as I need to find out if my office is dog friendly. If not he'll be with me at the weekends sometimes so you'd need to be comfortable around small well behaved dogs.
