Roehampton Village

I am the sole occupant and owner of my lovely maisonette home with a baby due early May.

I am happy to rent out my spare room for varied lengths of time.

Roehampton Village is lovely and quiet, with good amenities and next to both Putney Heath and Richmond Park. The bus connections are excellent to Putney for the tube and train or a walk of approx 30’.

I take very good care of my home and would like only tidy and considerate people to stay. I will be on Maternity leave from early May for 3 months. Ideally you will not need to work from home at all or max one day a week.

The bedroom is small though has a double bed and adequate storage including under bed storage and a large television.

With a baby in the home you will need to be relaxed about some noise.
