Share with 3 gentle Persian cats and me; I am a TCK (third culture kid) and a retired City lawyer with a quiet lifestyle, respectful, easy-going. Hope you are also naturally tidy and please remove street shoes when at home here (a habit from living in Japan).

Your bedroom will be quiet, with a green outlook, comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, Ghost designer chair. Own luxury bathroom with tub and separate shower.

The vast green space of Putney Heath, which adjoins Wimbledon Common, is a 3 minute stroll away, a rare combination of suburban amenities with a semi- rural lifestyle.

The closest bus stop is also just 3 minutes walking. From there, it's

- 10-15 minutes by bus or 20 minutes walking to
--- East Putney tube station (District line) and
---Putney train station (South Western Railway direct into London Waterloo in 14min or 20min to Victoria). The Waterloo-City line shuttles between Waterloo and Bank stations in 4 minutes.

and

- 1/2 hour by bus to Kingston-upon-Thames.

Easy access to A3, M23, M25.
