The vast green space of Putney Heath, which adjoins Wimbledon Common, is a 3 minute stroll away, a rare combination of suburban amenities with a semi- rural lifestyle.

The closest bus stop is also just 3 minutes walking. It's 10-15 minutes to East Putney tube station (District line) and Putney train station (South Western Railway direct into London Waterloo in 14min or 20min to Victoria). The Waterloo-City line shuttles between Waterloo and Bank stations in 4 minutes.

Easy access to A3, M23, M25. Under 1/2 hour by bus to Kingston-upon-Thames, said to boast the second largest shopping centre in England.
