Reasonably priced double bedroom in Putney

1 Double bedroom which has a walk-in wardrobe. A Kitchen/communal area, small bathroom and separate Toilet. A quiet place to chill and to share with 3 men; one works for London Transport but is away half the time, but deals directly with the private landlord. One works in hospitality and I work in the theatre. This is a quiet place, but still happy to sit and socialise in the communal area. All bills are included apart from the Internet. Sorry, no couples; only for single occupancy. This place could also be used as a good London base for someone.
As all of us are older, it may suit either a person over 30 or a more mature younger person looking for a quiet place, as this is not a party house.
