We are looking for a friendly, sociable and professional person to join a four-bedroom, two bathroom flat in Putney Heath. The room we have available is “Room 3 ” (see room plan)
One large double bedroom (room 3 with double bed and plenty of built in wardrobes;) £1,050
pcm - covers all utility bills/rates/broadband/TV License/fortnightly cleaner of communal spaces.
There is a large communal kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine and separate dryer, complete with a dining table.
There is also a huge lounge with an expansive seating area with TV to match all the facilities in the flat are shared.
House essentials (toiletries etc) are divided between us.
There are several amenities that are included in the flat, with 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, on street parking (with permits), large garden space and secure cycle storage area.
We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly who cleans throughout the common areas, including both bathrooms.
This flat is situated in the middle of Putney Heath and has instant access to both Wimbledon Common and is also close to Richmond Park and is situated within easy reach of both Putney, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. Both Putney rail station and East Putney tube are a short walk from the flat and can also be easily accessed by bus, with a number of routes available to Putney, Wimbledon, Clapham, Richmond and Tooting.

The current tenants are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and outgoing yet respects both the privacy of others and the shared spaces in the flat.
The flat is ideal for someone who enjoys living in a quiet and peaceful area and making the most of the outdoors after a busy week at work whilst still having all the capital has to offer within easy reach. When not working we enjoy cycling, walking on the heath, watching/playing sports, heading to the pub (Which is 300m from the back gate), going to the theatre, BBQing in the summer and chilling in front of the TV.
