Room w/own bathroom - Lovely art deco flat

I have a room with own bathroom available in a lovely art deco flat near to Putney Heath. which is a lovely area. There is a lot of natural light in all rooms, and overhead lighting is only needed when dark.

The flat has a private entry, on the top floor of a two storey complex. It is tucked away on a private road just off the A3, you would drive past it and not even know it's there!

There's free private parking onsite for your car or motorcycle if you drive or ride. You can also chain a bike up out the back. You can catch a bus to Clapham Junction directly outside the complex, and both East Putney, Southfields on the District line are walking distance as well as Putney overground. You can catch a bus directly into Piccadilly Circus or to Kingston five mins walk away.
We have two pubs nearby with outdoor gardens one of which is the Telegraph which has an amazing beer garden, less than 10 minutes walk away, perfect for summer. Putney Heath is also on your doorstep, which leads onto Richmond Park, with the Windmill Cafe a great place to go for a weekend coffee and food.
There is also a Tesco store a few minutes walk away.

As for the rest of the flat, it is large and spacious. The kitchen has been previously renovated, with a new fridge and gas hob recently installed, and a Hive smart heating system, and an almost new washer dryer combo. The loungeroom has two fold out sofas if it is needed, I have extra bedding available.

The room has a second bathroom with 3 piece suite which you will have all for yourself, so no sharing needed. The shower head and hose is new.

There is a solid Ikea clothes racks with shelf, a matching Ikea hatstand (not currently in room), and also a very large dresser that is quite smart looking that you could put a TV on. There is also an Ikea Kallax 4 cube unit with boxes that is not in the room currently that you are welcome to use. I have a small desk with chair that would hold a laptop and monitor - the desk shown in the photos is not included. The bed is a double with storage space underneath and also has a bedside table with lamp.

The move in date might be flexible dependent on when you'd like to move in. Kate is away for lengths of time due to family commitments, so might be able to move out sooner.

There is a small balcony on the entrance side, and a larger one that is accessible from the lounge and my room, that gets amazing sun in summer, it's the best balcony in the entire complex. Both of them have tables and chairs outside and there are planters built in if you'd like to do some gardening.

The lounge has a smart TV with Youtube and supports Netflix, as well as USB inputs and Bluetooth so you can watch late at night and be silent, I have headphones that live in the loungeroom you are welcome to use.
There is 54Mbps internet which I have extended around the flat with wireless extenders.

There's also a large dining table if you'd like to entertain friends.

I have free weights including curl bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc and other exercise gear you are welcome to use.

Currently we are a mixed household, I am a 43 year old professional Australian (though young at heart) who works in IT, Kyle who is 26 who works in logistics, and Kate who is moving out is 35 and works in sustainability.

We are looking for housemates who are friendly, reliable and understand that everything can be worked out and communication is key. We like to be friends with eachother, go out for a meal and social events from time to time.

No passive aggressive people, or people who do not have their life together. My home is my sanctuary, and I would like it to be yours as well.
